Van Delivery

Central Rivers AEA Van Delivery Services

Beginning July 1, 2025

As of July 1, 2025, van delivery became a purchased service as part of the full implementation of HF 2612. Some school districts have chosen to continue this service for their teachers and schools, while others have not.

Below are answers to frequently asked questions to help clarify how delivery works for the 2025–26 school year.

How do I know if my school district has purchased van delivery service?

Our van delivery document lists all participating school districts that have purchased van delivery service. It will be updated regularly throughout the first quarter of the school year to reflect any changes.

Who do we contact if we still want to sign up for van delivery service?

Please contact Beth Strike, Director of Creative Services & Communications.

How can I find out when you will be delivering to my school district?

Route information and delivery schedules for all participating districts have now been determined although we are still making minor refinements and likely will through the first several weeks of school

I’m an AEA staff member serving a school district that hasn’t purchased van delivery service. How do I let you know I have something to be picked up?

Email delivery@centralriversaea.org with your request. Our team will work with you to make arrangements.

My school district didn’t purchase van delivery services. Can we still order from Creative Services? What about equipment repair?

Absolutely! You can still order from Creative Services and request equipment repair. We’ll notify you by email when your item is ready and arrange to have it sent to your nearest Central Rivers AEA office for pickup.

I’m an AEA staff member serving a district that didn’t purchase van delivery, and I need something shipped to me at the school (e.g. adaptive equipment, test kits, creative services order). How will that work?

Your items (e.g. adaptive equipment, test kits, interoffice mail, Creative Services orders) will be delivered to the office location within the school building that you have designated, regardless of whether that school district has purchased services. Please be sure to confirm this location with our delivery team by emailing delivery@centralriversaea.org. Pick-up/delivery will be on an as needed basis.

I’m a teacher in a district that didn’t purchase van delivery service, but I have something to return to the AEA from last year. What should I do?

Please email delivery@centralriversaea.org and we’ll work with you to arrange a pickup or determine the best return method.

If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to any of the contacts below. We’re here to support you and ensure that materials and services reach the students and educators who need them.

The links below contain a compiled list of Central Rivers AEA school calendars. This list shows teachers’ first day, students’ first day, breaks, vacations and last school day of the year for both teachers and students. They are listed in alpha order and include all LEA Public Schools, Non-Public Schools, and Instructional Schools. (Please check back periodically for updates as we receive any).
