Districts with active service agreements can log in to their digital resources through their district’s single sign-on system (such as OneClick or Clever), ensuring simple and secure access. The Personalization Features Guide helps educators make the most of AEA Digital Resources. These tools include built-in supports and accessibility options that help meet diverse learning needs – providing the right scaffolds, personalization and flexibility to help every student succeed.
AEA van delivery service makes it easy for schools to get the resources they need, when they need them. This includes timely delivery of instructional materials, creative services orders, special education equipment and technology for repair or replacement.
Designed to support educators, students, and specialized programs, the service ensures critical tools for learning and teaching are available reliably and cost-efficiently.
To help Iowa school districts meet state requirements and address staffing shortages, Iowa’s AEAs offer expert Teacher Librarian services. Get dedicated support from a certified librarian to build a modern, high-quality library program tailored to your schools.
Key Services Included:
- Strategic Planning & Policy: Collection analysis, budget planning, policy updates and assistance with material selection guidelines.
- Staff Guidance: On-going guidance for library associates on day-to-day collection management.
- Digital & Information Literacy: Training for teachers and direct instruction for students on research skills, digital citizenship and technology integration.
- Curriculum Collaboration: Working with staff to curate resources that align directly with classroom units and promote a love of reading.
Program Details & Pricing
- Service Level: 15 days of dedicated service per district (delivered on-site and remotely).
- District Base Cost: $15,000 (covers one physical library location).
- Add-Ons: $2,500 per additional physical library; $3,750 per additional 5-day block.
Note: Districts must designate a library associate for daily tasks (like book check-outs and shelving) and set aside a budget for library materials.
