The Iowa Student Data Privacy Consortium Alliance (the Iowa Alliance) is a partnership between the Iowa Department of Education, Area Education Agencies (AEAs) and local school districts. Its goal is simple: establish clear, consistent privacy standards statewide through shared Data Privacy Agreements (DPAs). By joining, your district gets instant access to pre-reviewed agreements. That means less legal heavy lifting, faster tool onboarding for teachers and better protection for your students.

How Membership Works:
