Iowa public school districts are required to provide testing opportunities at no cost to families participating in CPI Option 1 or Option 2, as outlined in the Iowa Private Instruction Handbook (pages 22–25).
Districts may provide these testing services or contract with Central Rivers AEA. CRAEA’s fee is $150 per student, which covers the cost of materials, test administration, and associated expenses. If your district is interested in having CRAEA provide testing services, please complete the student registration form.
