Central Rivers AEA is offering three Youth Mental Health First Aid learning opportunities designed to help adults support young people ages 12–18. The practical course equips parents, teachers, school staff and community members to recognize early warning signs of mental health challenges in teens. Participants will learn key strategies for early intervention and gain clear steps for guiding a young person through a mental health challenge or crisis. By focusing on real-world actions, the training helps adults create safer, more supportive environments for adolescents across the region. Register at AEA Learning Online (courses ending after September 1).
