The annual Connecting the Dots conference returns on June 20-21

Summary

The annual, two-day Connecting the Dots conference returns on June 20 and 21 at the Cedar Falls Central Rivers AEA office!

Save the date and register today for this fun and engaging opportunity! (Search for course #226581 CR – Connecting the Dots: Think Again).

Connecting the Dots: Think Again will be two days of high energy, collaborative learning, focused on evidence-based practices for all educators that will ask you to “think again”…and again, and again!

  • June 20: Day one will focus on adult reflection and building a Reflective Cycle into coaching, observations, PLCs, etc. Pete Hall will lead this very impactful learning.
  • June 21: Day two will be about deepening student thinking where participants will actually experience a thinking classroom (Building Thinking Classrooms), in addition to many great breakouts.

We need you!

We will be accepting session proposals through May 1 for breakout sessions from our district educators and community leaders, so please consider sharing your tremendous work or give your best and brightest a nudge to share theirs! For questions, reach out to Kay Schmalen, Director of Professional Learning.
