Summary
River Hills School Learning Labs bridge the gap between theory and practice for educators supporting students with complex needs.
River Hills School Learning Labs give educators a chance to see effective teaching strategies in action while supporting students with complex needs. In this hands-on model, participants visit classrooms, observe real-time examples from the five-day Structured Teaching training, and then reflect, ask questions and share ideas with peers and facilitators. With added coaching, educators leave better prepared to apply what they’ve learned in their own schools. Learning Labs are included with the Structured Teaching training or can be taken on their own.
