Central Rivers AEA Learning with Technology Conference

The Central Rivers AEA Learning with Technology Conference is being held December 7-8 at the Cedar Falls Conference Center, beginning at 9:00 am each day. This conference is designed for teachers of all grade levels, regardless of technology access or experience, to learn about the innovative ways their peers are using technology to improve student learning.

Each day will have a unique session and set of presenters. This year, Gary Stager will be the keynote speaker. Gary is the author, with Sylvia Libow Martinez, of the book, Invent to Learn: Making, Tinkering, and Engineering in the Classroom. He is considered one of the world’s leading experts in computer programming, robotics, and learning-by-doing in classrooms.

Registration is through the professional learning system and closes on Thanksgiving weekend. Attendees may register for one day or both days. If you choose to attend both days, you will need to register for each day separately.
