Make a Referral

ALL Autism Resource Team referrals are now to be submitted online.

The Autism Resource Team now has an online form which you can use to submit an Autism Team referral. This new process allows you to quickly and easily submit your request while online. It also allows for more specific content to be entered into fields when describing the student’s needs, what has been tried and the results of those trials. A PDF of the required information can be accessed here but the referral must be submitted using the request links below.
