The DE has developed an online Moodle training for test administrators.  All test administrators are to complete the online training module before administering the assessments.  Due to the changes in TELPA score processing, all test administrators must complete the online training modules this year, even those who completed the training last year and have a certificate that is still valid.

To access the TELPA Moodle, please:

  1. Navigate to Iowa AEA PD Online 
  2. Sign in or create an account
  3. Click on ‘Assessment’
  4. Select ‘TELPA Training’
  5. Enrollment key ‘telpa’

If you have trouble creating an account or with the site, view the ‘Help’ tutorial or use the contact on the AEA PD Online site.
Once the district’s designated TELPA test administrator(s) has completed the TELPA Quiz, he or she will need to print a Certificate of Completion to keep on file.  The ‘Certificate of Completion’ link is found within the TELPA Moodle just below the link to the quiz.
