Districts who missed AMAOs are required to send Parent Notification Letters within 30 days.  Districts will want to print the English version on one side and that family’s home language on the back side.  Once you have printed the documents you will need to add the specific district data to the letter on both languages (use the English letter as your guide).  You will find your specific district information in the AMAO Progress Data that was sent to you upon notification from Central Rivers AEA.

*If there is a language that isn’t represented districts will need to send the English only version unless there is a bilingual professional in the district whom can translate the document into the necessary language.
