I forgot my password, how can I retrieve it?
Central Rivers AEA
- Go to Professional Learning, then click on “Forgot Password?” and enter your username. An email will be sent to the email address in your account with a link to reset your password. If this is not successful or you do not know your username, contact Professional Learning.
AEA Learning System (Mandatory and Non-Mandatory Trainings)
- Go to the AEA Learning System and click on “Forgot your password? Enter your email address in your account and the verification code provided. A link to reset your password will be sent to you if your email address is found in the system.
- If you need further assistance, Click on HELP! at the top of the AEA Learning System page.
AEA PD Online
- Visit the AEA PD Online Professional Development course catalog and click on “To view your class history and current enrollment, click here…” then click the link “Can’t access your account?” and follow the prompts. If this is not successful, contact Heartland AEA 11 at 800.255.0405 and ask for Professional Development.
