1. Access the Central Rivers AEA website at www.centralriversaea.org
  2. Select Professional Learning
  3. Select Central Rivers AEA Class Registration
  4. Log in to the My267 website with your Username and Password
  5. On your My267 Home icon, under the My Courses area, click on “My Learning Opportunities detail…”.  A list of classes you’re currently registered for appears with a drop down button to the left. Click on this button and choose Change Credit Type.
  6. The alternate credit options that apply to this course are displayed. The bold options are the valid options that can be selected.  If an option is shaded, it means the option cannot be selected.
  7. Click on the credit type you desire and follow the prompts
    1. When going from No Credit to a credit with a fee, you will be prompted to pay with a credit card.
    2. When going from a credit with a fee to a credit with a higher fee, you will be prompted to pay the difference with a credit card.
    3. When going from a credit with a fee to a choice with a lower fee, you will be prompted to request a refund and your credit card will automatically be refunded.
    4. When going from a credit with a fee to no credit, you can change this prior to the first day.  You will be prompted to request a refund and your credit card will automatically be refunded.
    5. When going from a credit with a fee to no credit on the first day of class or later, you will need to complete a Change of Credit Type Refund Request.  Submit this completed form to Professional Learning within two weeks after the start day of the offering.  Your credit will be changed for you and your refund will be reduced by $10 as a service charge.
  8. To review your offerings and the credit type you chose, click on your ‘Home’ tab then My Course Details.

Please Note:   The My267 system is not capable of allowing two types of payments.  If you registered using a purchase order from your district (for materials), the system will still prompt you to pay the FULL amount (materials plus fee for credit) upon changing your credit type.  Professional Learning will receive an automated notice of your full payment and will reimburse your credit card for the purchase order amount within one week.  Thank you.
