    • To support and assist the administrative work of Chief Administrator, Director of Creative Services, Chief Financial Officer, and Board of Directors in their duties while maintaining a good working relationship with co-workers and Board members and exhibiting a professional attitude at all times.
  • Receptionist/Sp Ed Secretary
    • To assist in facilitating the smooth, efficient, and effective operation of the Central Rivers AEA office and its components. To provide professional, effective secretarial support to consulting staff members.
  • Secretary III – River Hills
    • To support the implementation of agency goal to enhance student learning through providing quality services that support and meet the multiple needs of staff, families, students, LEA, and AEA, particularly in the special education service area.

Business Office/Human Resources

  • Accounting Manager
    • To oversee the daily operation of the Business Office, and insure timely and accurate expenditures, receipts, and deposits, etc. To administer the business affairs of the Area Education Agency to provide the best possible educational services with the financial resources available.
  • Accounts Payable Specialist
    • To achieve productivity and accuracy in multitask clerical position and assist in the efficient and effective operation of the Business Office.

  • Human Resources Coordinator
    • To assist the Assistant Chief Administrator/Director of Human Resources to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the office and to facilitate the efficient and effective operation of the human resources and employee relations functions. To facilitate a good working relationship with co-workers, assist applicants and employees in a proficient manner and to exhibit a professional attitude at all times.
  • Human Resources Specialist
    • To assist the Assistant Chief Administrator/Director of Human Resources to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the office and to facilitate the efficient and effective operation of the human resources and employee relations functions. Creative Services

  • Creative Designer
    • Provide support for the CRAEA Creative Services department. The individual will support new marketing and development initiatives for Creative Services support services. Be responsible for the graphic design, publishing and layout requests for Creative Services support services and CRAEA staff.
  • Creative Assistant
    • Provide support for the CRAEA Creative services. The individual will support new marketing and development initiatives for print and production support services. Be responsible for the coordination of requests for print and production tasks, including graphic arts requests. The Production Coordinator will maintain a calendar of production activities.
  • Digital Communications Specialist
    • Provides support and consultation to AEA and LEA staff in the use of digital video. Produces digital video programs. Provides support to the Web Page Developer/Designer.
  • Media/Creative Services Support
    • To efficiently and effectively support the work of media and creative services and the goals, values, and mission of the Agency.
  • Print Facilitator
    • To support the work of print and production services within the Creative Services department.
  • Print Technician
    • Provide support for the CRAEA Creative Services department, specifically in the area of print and production.
