Technology supports available to assist educators in meeting students’ learning needs


Central Rivers AEA has put together a large array of resources to support districts’ technology needs during this time. A Tech Help Desk is also available by calling us at 319-273-8231, emailing us at helpdesk@centralriversaea.org, or using the Chat feature on the agency website and choosing the Technology department.

This document contains several IT resources for both educators and educators including an Information Security Workshop on April 24, a resource to assist families with internet connection, support on technology infrastructure readiness, remote learning sessions for tech coordinators, and tips to improve Internet connectivity as well as proper cleaning of tech devices.
