All board meetings will be held electronically at this time because it is impossible or impractical to host meetings in person due to concerns for the health and safety of the community due to COVID-19. Per Iowa Code 21.8, meetings will be conducted electronically until further notice. Members of the public will be able to access all meetings through the use of Zoom via computer or phone. Information to access the meetings will be located both on the website and on each meeting's agenda. Questions or concerns should be addressed to Board Secretary Lori Thomas at 319-273-8201.

The agenda for each board meeting is made available upon request and published on the agency website a minimum of 24 hours prior to the meeting and can be viewed by clicking on the current year and then the specific meeting date.

The minutes from the past year can also be accessed online and all past board minutes are available to the public during regular business hours (Board Policy 204.8) by contacting Lori Thomas, Executive Assistant/Board Secretary at 319-273-8201.

Board meetings are open to the public and attendance is encouraged and welcomed!
